Laredo Taco company was super busy because their tacos are made so well. I ordered two potato and eggs and two bacon and eggs. I... believe that tortillas are hand made there and they are large not flimsy like a lot of tortillas are made nowadays. Even thoughit was super busy with several customers the staff was moving pretty quickly and the gentleman manager was super friendly aswell as the cashier.
