So today has been just one of those days. So I decided to grab a coffee and I didn?t really know what I was feeling. So I talked... to Nyena and Kenzi And they where super up beat and made me an amazing nitro. I waited for 10 minutes while waiting for my order. I heard two employees calling my name and asking if they were going to... prepare the traveller order, twice someone answered, not yet. I had to go and ask to the counter about my order so they canstart working on it. When I asked about my order they told me it was almost done, when I could see they didn't even started. Ittook another 10 minutes to get it done, the manager apologized for the time taken, when I asked why my order was delayed twice,she did not have an answer for it. I mentioned to her I heard my name twice and two different employees asking for the order,and she could answer why my order was delayed. Location seemed easy to get in and out of. No drive through. Park and enter. No interior seating was open, still unavailable... because of COVID. Seemed the outdoor seating was open and safe. Cashier girl took our order and money but didn't seem happy tobe there or make me feel like a welcomed customer. We got our drinks quickly and the girl that gave me our drinks was polite andinteractive. Read more
