Every time I?m in store I hope to see her because of her... uplifting personality and friendliness it makes my whole experience each time a delight! I highly recommend this locationbecause of the warm and welcomeness I feel coming here! I highly recommend the manager/district manager give her a raise becauseof her professionalism and hospitality! I was thinking about not reviewing but I gave this area at least three strikes. I moved to this area recently and loved how a... target was near my convenience, surprisingly there was a cute little starbucks at the entrance. The first time I came everyonewas so nice there was multiple employees who kept everything going smoothly. My second time there was horrible. The counter ladywas eating out of the display with crumbs all over her. She got my order wrong twice and made my third drink taste nothing likewhat I order. I always order a green tea frappuccino. The flavoring was mostly green matcha with none of the sugar given on themenu. I decided to get off her back and leave it alone. My third time here was today but yet again I was left disappointed. Thelady working, I?m assuming who?s new, was again the only one working there. She took around 30 minutes to get three drinks done.My order was a green tea lemonade with two extra sugar pumps and two green tea frappuccinos. She later informed me after half anhour there are no longer any sugar cane sugar? Then she made my green tea frappuccino completely green matcha. Verydisappointed. Read more

Im a starbucks regular (once a day) but tend to go to different starbucks from time to time. I stopped by target this morning... and didn?t have the usual experience. The lady that was in charge of starbucks was rude and demanding. She was by herself, sishe might have been stressed. It took long for my drinks to come out and had a long line of customers... My Venti coffee had bits of coffee beans in it. When I showed the Batista she said it was pour over (like it was OK) so I asked... for a spoon to scoop out the bean bits and in the process of fulfilling my request she, decided to pour the coffee into anothercup over a filter (CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL).
