I had iced Carmel machiatto which was done at perfection. Service was great with friendly conversations.
I came in at 12:30 on Sunday August 7th and the girl on bar made my drink perfectly!!! I was a Starbucks partner for 4 years... from 2014-2018 and since leaving I crave my usual drink every so often, many times I?m disappointed because the drink doesn?ttaste the way I would make it or they wouldn?t mix the syrup with the shots to fully incorporate. My family and I stopped for drinks and pastries as we frequently do. We ordered at 7:54pm per receipt and received our items... shortly after. We wanted to enjoy our drinks and pastries before hitting the road again but one minute before closing we weretold very rudely, by an associate (didn't get his name) that they would be closing in one minute and to wrap it up. He thenasked if we were still waiting on items and I said no. Made us feel very uncomfortable the way he approached us. My 6 year oldson even questioned as to why we had to leave and why the man was asking us to leave. Then, one minute later, 8pm, he opened thedoor for the other customer in the store and as soon as they walked out he told us "the store is closed you guys have to leave"and stood at the door until we walked out. I have never been treated so rude and unprofessional and as a paying customer no oneshould ever be treated like that. I was shocked and left speechless at the attitude we were given at such prestigiousestablishment. I hope this employee receives the proper training needed to treat customers with the warmth and belonging, whereeveryone is welcome because that was certainly absent today. Read more
I had a pretty rough time last night and this morning so I decided to treat myself to Starbucks. Chris and Devan absolutely made... my morning, and my day.
