Today is Sunday October 30, 2022 at 12:40pm, the staff saw me waiting but didn?t say anything to me for awhile then he said one... second and he never come to take an order. Then the old lady come to take an order but it was so slow, it was just only onecustomer before me and he already have his drink. Super slow service here. Read more
Coffee is bitter. No place to sit.
Nobody was there to assist anyone who was wanting to buy coffee, till like 30 mins after I showed up, ordered a iced pumpkin... latte and a regular latte and both were absolutely wrong . The pumpkin one was basically just syrup, it was thick too sweet andno cold foam even tho I payed for it . Just seemed like the worker tossed everything together lazily . A regular latte consistsof shots and steamed milk, yet mine was just shots and milk just full to half the cup. Guess it depends which worker is actuallythere to do their job right. Read more
Kroger is a great place to shop for food with quality prices...but what i go there for is the great person and worker Tiffany at... the Starbucks at the front entrance. She works extensively hard despite some days being by herself. Thank you Krogers for herhire! Read more
Slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. 20 min to order and get two drinks and neither were hot. And there was only one person in... front of me. Diluting the Starbucks brand. No sense of urgency. Read more
Horrible service! Horrible drinks! 1st time I came I was the only costumer , the cashier took forever to take my order and took... nearly an hour to get me my drink. Since she kept taking orders and not making any. My husband sometimes brings me drinks and Iimmediately know they are from this location because of the poor taste. I decided to give it a 2nd chance and they didn?t haveany milk (they are located inside a grocery store) they were out of almost everything and all they could make were infused teas.Drinks were horrible once again. I?ve been giving this location chance after chance and every time they make my order wrong.Every employee at this location does not know how to make proper coffee and every single one is really rude and disrespectful.They should really re-hire a whole new staff. Sunday Oct 30th I came to get two pumpkin spice lattes iced, and they both came out completely wrong. Tasted like straight... syrup. It was made by a older lady who moved and worked very very slow. I contacted Starbucks corporate so hopefully she won?thave a job after this because it seems like she messed up on a lot of peoples orders already. Read more
