The service is 10 times better than it's been in a long time usually the girls that wait on me are very friendly and courteous... and all the guys have been very friendly and courteous coffee is hot and fresh and the food is fantastic and they stay opentheir normal hours they don't close early anymore so now I'm giving them a five-star rating I usually go for a large Peak withcream on the side and I love their grilled cheese and many of their sandwiches and desserts August 30th 2022???????????????????????????????????????? Only reason I pass by here is because it?s less than 5 minutes from home. The coffee tastes different than most locations,... mostly watered down. When I ask for extras on my coffee (which I get charged for) they never add it. They have good service butthe drinks are a no go in my opinion. Read more
I pass 2 locations on my way here, needless to say this is the only location in uptown area that makes my drink correctly! Cold... foam here is always thick like it should be, not foamy. ???????? I ordered a tall hot PSL and I get back to work and open the cup and it?s only 3/4th full and no I didn?t drink it yet :(
I have been to this location multiple times and for the most part my order is always correct. However, this morning will mark... the second time that I have been shortchanged on my drink. I get an iced quad expresso with 2 pumps of white chocolate mocha.When I got to the window, I noticed the amount of expresso was lower than normal and when I asked the employee at the front, hestated that I received the correct order. However, when I got to work and tasted my drink, it was very sweet and did not tastelike my normal drink. Read more
