They are always slow takes 10-15 min to get a drink. Staff is rude. There are better coffee shops in the area.
I either drink a Chai Latte or Mocha Cookie Frappuccino so trust me I know my drinks. Purchased a Venti Mocha Cookie Frap and... knew it wasn't made the same just by the color. Tasted nothing like it should then I remember her saying "we are out of Mocha"to another co-worker and there wasn't even a hint of cookie in it. For the price this is robbery. *Starbucks at Oaklawn andCongress always consistent and great service,* only went here because I had to stop at Whole Foods. Look at the picture uploadedand even the one on their website, same drink......Grande is from Starbucks on Oaklawn forgot I left that 1 at work yesterday asthey rang up a Grande and I wanted a Venti so they made me the venti anyway at no extra cost so I had the extra and that is howa Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino should be made. A very good branch with a warm atmosphere. The location is centered in the downtown near apple store. The staff is Friendly.
Really huge space, lots of seating, wheelchairs are able to comfortably move around. Regular selection of coffees and teas,... light meals and salads. There's also a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy your coffee. Read more

10/16 @6:15 pm the employee taking orders was extremely rude and condescending. Proceeded to laugh continuously even when we... pulled up to the window because we said drink names a little wrong. (Closed window after taking payment and continued to laughand talking to the baristas as the baristas stopped and looked at us through the window) Definitely not the norm for Starbucks. Read more
