Manager during the day on 12/3 was rude and unresponsive I ordered a drip coffee that took 30 seconds to pour and he thought it... made sense to make 4 specialty drinks ahead of me before pouring mine. It?s a hit or miss. I order the same drink every time and it is rarely correct anymore. I ask for extra caramel and most times... it seems like they did not put any. I wish people cared about the quality of the services they provide. Read more
Asked for a double chocolate chip Frappuccino, they asked me if I wanted coffee in it and I said no. Went to take a drink and it... tasted like coffee. I went back and told them and they said it didn?t have coffee I looked at the tag and it said *cafe* in it.They didn?t want to remake it. Read more
