My coffee tasted like water and when i was waiting in store to pick up my order they never called my name and no one even said... anything or greeting or have a good day they kept themselves busy even though i was the only one who was in the store waitingfor my order at that time very disappointed not coming back here . I just experienced something very magical at Starbucks located off of Preston and Alpha Road Frankie one of the tenured Baristas... provided me great customer service. I ordered the wrong item and she replaced it for me for free Frankie was very nice and herservice was quick but yet efficient I appreciate you Frankie.
