I never leave reviews. But I gave the staff at this location multiple chances, just in case they were having an "off" day. Nope... it's not an off day, this is just a terrible Starbucks. Let me just say, that I always order standard popular drinks with verylittle modifications. However, they can never get the coffee right. It always taste like water or plain sweet milk. Today, Iordered the white chocolate mocha. At any other location, its delicious. But at this Starbucks, it tasted like warm milk withsugar, absolutely no flavor. Management seriously needs to retrain the staff on how to make coffee, especially the common fanfavorites. Starbucks is way too pricey for these types of inconsistencies. This Starbucks is BUSY! I waited 15 minutes for my ice matcha, but I was so impressed watching Sydney work. Never have I seen... such a fast and effective employee. I dont think she comes up for air!
