Every time I come here in drive through I wait for over 30 minutes every single time ! And then I finally place my order and of... course they are always out of oatmilk & almond milk ! This was the absolute worst time ever at a Starbucks. I made me order and the lady was nice and polite. Then I get to the window... and she greets again and ask for payment. I paid she hands me one drink and then my food then other drink. I said I?m sorryma?am this was supposed to have Carmel drizzle on it. It even has it on my cup. I hand it back to her she then goes to tell thelady that made the drink. She looks at me rolls her eyes and then just squirts Carmel in the corner of my cup. Went today they were out of venti cups gave me a smaller cup but still charged 7.09 NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
