I'm very happy with this specific Starbucks, usually people don't fully care, but the customer service is amazing. I ordered the... chai latte with coconut milk instead of regular milk and sadly it tasted like it's 90% milk and 10% chai, so I told Tatyana whogave me it that it tastes off and she offered to put more chai into it for me and I agreed, it was definitely worth it. I toldher thank you and that I'm grateful she helped me out with this. I love the chai latte after she edited it, so she's very niceand she did it for free, I'll definitely remember this for my next chai latte order. Read more

This little cozy Starbucks is a gem in Downtown Dallas for relaxing a little in the heat and even using the restroom in the... hotel which is super clean and luxurious! You have the option to charge your phones while sipping your coffee. Read more
Friendly staff and drinks are great! Fast service, usually a long line here but wasn't Sunday when we went before church.
Overall a very nice experience. Baristas were kind and polite. Clean, fast, nice chairs. The only downside was that their mixer... was broken and they had to substitute with other ingredients to make drinks but they didn?t turn out as well as the originalones. Read more
Ordered a Nitro Cold Brew, They gave me cold brew that they put through a blender because they don't have nitrogen. If they... gave me the option I would it just got a regular Cold Brew. When I order something I expect I'm Getting what I ordered. Idon't like being lied to or given something and being told that's what I ordered. I come to Starbucks for consistency, If theydon't have a product say that. Starbucks is slowly going downhill with their customer service. Read more
