Its so sad to see what Starbucks has become. I have a significant issue soending $15.00 on 2 coffees when a bum is standing next... to me drooling! Then I look for a place to sit down and notice several homeless people taking up the seats. Im so glad to seeStarbucks placing such a high value on those loitering over those PAYING. So sad. We wanted to Take a break from the sweltering temps and every item we selected was missing an element ot they were out... of it. My friend ordered a caramel coffee but no cookie crumbs and no reduction in price or offer to alter it. Prettydisappointing. Read more
One of the best Starbucks branches. The session there is wonderful and the atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is very friendly... and helpful. I drank coffee with chocolate. Nice and spacious place to relax and do homework. Very mellow setting with respectful and understanding employees who will go... out of their way to ensure our orders were exactly how we liked it. I got something on the Secret Menu and they were patient toallow me to read off all of the ingredients. Great job Starbucks :) Read more
