Terrible!! I?m always waiting 10-15 minutes after the eta for my mobile order. They ignore you at the window.. I?ve seen my... order and still waited another 10 minutes before they acknowledged me! I pulled up at 6 one morning and they were closed becauseno one showed up for work and only the manager was there. Why she didn?t start making orders who knows but this location sucks!! Read more

08/18/22 @ 3:30 PM (Maybe its just the night shift that is rude and lacks great customer service. I would rate 0 stars but I... can't) My girlfriend bought a Grande Mocha Frappuccino with caramel drizzle and a shot. Iconic drink that every Starbucks canmake pretty consistently.. Well, except this one. She got her drink and wasn't happy with how watered down and bitter it was sowe went back through the drive through and kindly asked if they could remake it. The same African American Female wearingglasses who took our order the first time scuffed at us and reluctently told us to come up to the window with the drink. I askher if she'd like me to tell her what the drink was so she could get started sense every other starbucks I have been to in theDFW area simply agrees to remake it when something goes wrong or isnt appealing to our drink. I felt comfortable in assuming andasking because Starbucks is usually great at customer service. Instead, she tells me "We'll look at the sticker on the drink."When we pull up to the window we are aproached by a Hispanic Male who rushingly asks "whats wrong with the order." With nograce or care for the sevice he is providing. I carefully try to explain that the Frappuccino is simply too watered down whilealso wondering why I'm being questioned whats wrong rather than taking the drink away and making a new one. He asks "what do youwant me to do? Want me to add more ice?" Okay... I don't normally animate my wording in reviews on businesses because at theend of the day, the guy is just working for a Check like everyone else is at a job. But I just told you that my drink is toowatered down.. I would think that adding more ice (Solid form of WATER) would make it more Watered down.... I DON'T KNOW. Mygirlfriend finally had enough waiting and interrupted our dialogue and asked for a refund rather than to continue wasting ourtime and everyone else in line. I've been to this starbucks before and I even recommended it to my girl Read more

Look? I?m a bartender. I?ve worked in the service industry for 10+ years including Starbucks. I?m usually very easy going. If my... order is wrong, I don?t freak out or even have it remade because I know mistakes happen. However?. I recently moved to this areaand it?s the only Starbucks with a drive thru/at all. I have been coming here almost every single day for months now. The lineis usually ridiculous, but I will still wait. Every. Single. Day. Every day. I have never in MONTHS had the same drinkconsecutively made. Every day I order the same drink. Every day it?s wrong. Again, I?m a patient person. But after months ofthis I have to really discern that this is actually a staff problem. Maybe the speaker is too close to the highway and theycan?t hear? Either way. Just very annoying. Read more

Slow drive thru. There was one car in line when I arrived. I left after 10 minutes of giving my order. Car in front on me was... still waiting for their order to be prepared when I drove off. This way too long for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I could have made5 Frappuccinos in that 10 minutes. Read more

Usually I'm okay with waiting. But why am I waiting 30 mins if there is no line. The manager Nikki was so rude. I rather choose... a company that is at least nice to you while you wait. I left with no latte after all that time waiting. So frustrating ???? Read more

I went to this location for the first time and the line was enormous and trickled onto the street. I contemplated leaving and... going to a different location but the line was moving at a surprisingly quick pace. I placed my order ahead of time on the appand there was some slight confusion when I informed them over the intercom, and I had to repeat my order once at the window, butthey had it ready so that was relieving. Honestly, many props to the hard working baristas. I can?t imagine dealing with thepressure of such long lines and managing to move it rapidly! Read more
