Will not be stopping at this location again. Over 45 minuets in line to get a coffee that was so bad you couldn't drink it. It... tasted burnt and it was not made the way I asked. Not a difficult order either. Homeless hanging out in the back harassing youto buy them items too. Employees out back smoking and watching the whole thing. Never asked them to leave the area or ask themto stop harassing the customers. This happens all the time there. Will be getting my coffee at a different location for now on. Read more
This location is VERY slow. It doesn't matter is one person in line. They take their sweet time and also even before closing... time to come into lobby it's closed before lobby closing time. Read more
Great location and spacious coffee shop. Wish I could say the same thing about the drinks and service. It took a while for my... drink to be ready though other customers after me already got their drinks. They brought me my sandwich and said they forgot tocharge it, then asked to pay again at the counter. To use the restroom, you get there and find it locked, you gotta go back,ask someone at the counter for the key code and go the restroom again. They need a system here so customers can have access torestroom easily without hassle. Read more
AWFUL!! Most of the employees here are incompetent and cannot follow instructions nor follow the brands recipe! The manager... Moncet is absolutely unprofessional, unpleasant and has no customer service whatsoever. All of the female staff seem to haveattitudes. ALL of them. This starbucks was horrible and discriminatory. I am a truck driver and needed some coffee during the evening. I walked up to... the drive-thru and immediately the staff was rude to me. The girl working the front register took one look at me and then leftand got her manager (I'm Black) and then he would not even open the window to speak when I said I could not understand themthrough a CLOSED WINDOW. I had to yell to explain that I'm a truck driver and my semi would not fit through the drive-thru. Theysaid they could not service me and then I asked if I could just place an order through the app to pick it up. He told me no andthat there was nothing they could do. I've been driving for 4 years and have gone to multiple starbucks. As soon as I tell themI'm a truck driver and I show them my CDL they assist me. It was the first time both of these staff took one look at me andalready made a judgment off of my appearance. People were staring and I was so appalled and embarrassed. I normally just order a medicine ball and an iced lemon loaf after a long day at work. I decided on today, since I didn?t eat... lunch to get my usual and a small sandwich to quench my thirst and appetite. I saw the grilled cheese on the menu. It was veryenticing and a good marketing job. I asked the sales person if the sandwich was tasty. She responded that it was her favorite. Idecided to try it. I reached my home. The sandwich was disappointing and and not a comfort at all. I began to think. How couldanyone mess up a simple grilled cheese sandwich? The medicine ball also didn?t have the taste that I was accustomed to. I reallythrew away money that could have been well spent somewhere else. The worst one. Do not come to this location.!!!! Barista and manager here are horrible. They are sloppy and always messed the... drink up by not making it right (follow the recipe). Then when I complained they acted upset. This pic I ordered two tallcappuccino what I got is one cappuccino and another one just half cup seem like someone drank it already. Lazy barista who doesnot make enough milk foam and no espresso shot in another cup. And my blend Strawberry lemonade is messed up too she made itwithout measuring and it tastes water down like an ice water blend. I get Starbucks at least 5 drinks a day up to 15 drinks aday. I know what it suppose to taste like. This location is the worst Starbucks in metroplex area!!!! Read more
I asked for a Cold Brew with Sweet Cream on top. I got a mixed up nitro brew.... I said i wanted a Cold Brew with Sweet Cream... they said it is a Cold brew with sweet cream. I said no picture shows dark coffee on the bottom and sweet cream on top. Theytook it and mixed it around some more...put more sweet cream on top and handed it back. Ugh... I wanted to just drop it out thewindow.. But I had waited so long but still threw it away. Waist of time if you show someone a picture of their menu you wouldthink...they could get it right. Read more
