Brisket sandwich was tasty, the bun was really good. Friendly and clean. It ain?t no Hutchins, but better than fast food... options at an airport. Read more

Possibly the worst food ever. Not even edible. Coleslaw is soggy iceberg lettuce drowned in mayo. Meat is both greasy and dry at... the same time. I gagged and just threw it all out. Wish I?d taken a photo, but kinda glad I didn?t? easier to erase the memoryof this place. 1 star is too much. Read more

I must?ve caught them on a good day, because my experience was better than the other reviewers here. Service was fast and decent... for a big airport. The prices actually didn?t seem like too much of a ripoff, relatively. I had a two meat platter with pulledpork, sausage, fried okra, coleslaw, and a roll. The BBQ sauce was basic. The pulled pork was a little dry but not too bad. Thesides were good. The sausage was great, but it?s hard to mess up sausage. The restaurant was a little bit dirty but not too bad.Overall a good option?for airport food. Read more

For this ?BBQ? I?d give 2 stars anywhere else, but in TX it barely gets 1 star. Chicken sandwich plate: hardly any chicken on... the bun, cold and dry. Sauce watered down, just sweet no flavor, in a tiny plastic cup - not enough to wet the dry chicken.Fries blah. Coleslaw was the best part of this, but three fork loads and gone. Second look at the menu - bare bones, even thesides list has nothing interesting (I would dare to try their okra). Texas is not advertising the best BBQ it has on offer, notat this place, not at an international terminal (!) Read more

Very mediocre BBQ at above average price. I don?t fly much so I don?t know how this compares to typical airport food. However,... compared to a real BBQ restaurant in TX, it was bad. I ordered the two meat plate. Both brisket and turkey were soggy. Thecole slaw side was ok. Disappointed that the only potato side option was fries. Read more

Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent. Airport food has come a long way. This is stuck... in the past. Brisket sandwich with 2 sides. $14. Mac was the best part. Okra was decent. Brisket was cooked decent but veryfatty and semi cool. I could tell it has been sitting in a warmer for a while. Seasoning was basic. Bbq sauce was like arbyssauce with a little spice. Read more

Considering I've had BBQ all over the country, i thought - "This couldn't be that bad, right? We're in TX". Boy was I wrong.... Fries are cold and soggy. Brisket is cold, fatty and not even remotely smokey. Sausage is bland. BBQ sauce tastes like vinegar +ketchup. Never again. Okra was decent since i asked for it to be burned (well done). That being said, i ate the roll and tossedthe rest. Never again..should have just went to TGI Fridays but that place was packed..now i know why, especially for 18 bucks aplate, i would have expected better BBQ. Read more

Meh. Expensive, even for an airport concession. Pulled pork was passable but was dry as a bone and the sauce they provide tastes... like it's 50% vinegar. The coleslaw (the tablespoon of it that I received with my $16.00 plate) was utterly tasteless but stillmanaged to taste old. The beans had little flavor except for being almost too salty to eat. I don't know who Sonny Bryan is butthis place is run by HMS Host. The company that has been busy ruining the reputation of the places it franchises for decades. Read more
