Got every single aspect of my order wrong. And not in a "oh they just gave me the wrong order" way. Made both burgers with mayo... when I asked for mustard. No extra pickles when I asked. The limeade I order wasn't a limeade...it was carbonated water withtwo lime slices in it. Usually I'd just take the L and be done with it but this level of lack of care is kinda ridiculous. 2stars because the service was quick. Read more

1 Star is really too many to give this Sonic. I pulled in, pushed the red button, and waited . They weren't very busy when I... first got there. After almost 10 minutes I hear employees talking, she finally says welcome to sonic what do you want. I saylarge DP. AND wait some more time. I had to push the button again, asked where's my drink only to be told, they didn't havemy order. I will not be going back. Very bad service and workers that don't care. Read more

I promise I almost drove all the way back there just to throw the food at these people and I am very laid-back. We waited 30... minutes after being talked to disrespectfully ordering for food and tipped in and they handed the bag to us with the gravy opennot even a lid spell all over the food and forgot at least four items out of the eight. Tonight I ordered a large mozzarella stick with ranch and Marinara and we got 4 marinara and 5 hard as a rock, dried out,... yellowed cheese "mozzarella" sticks. The grossest thing that's ever happened to me here. Yall really need to do something aboutthe quality of food and service here. This is not the first, or the even third, time I've had problems with this location. Ionly keep going back because it's the closest by about 5-10 minutes and I'm crossing my fingers that things with have gottenbetter in the couple of months between my previous visit. Read more

This is hands down the worst Sonic I've been to. I pulled into the stall to place my order but they told me I had to place it... through the app which sounded weird to me. Place my order and get my food but I realize I didn't get a straw so I call to thecarhop 5 times as she's walking away each time I get to the point until I'm literally screaming at her from 10-15 feet away andshe completely ignores me. Then I press the button to ask for a straw, have to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer. They don'teven say anything I have to engage them. So I ask for a straw and they say on the other end silent for a minute until finallythey gave me the laziest, "Ok" I've ever heard in my life. I waited for another 2-3 minutes and when no one came I left. Ifthere were a zero rating that's what I would give this Sonic and that crew. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more

My family and I had to completely alter our order due to no carbon drinks and tots and fries were cold and hard. My wife's peach... tea was just water tea because the ice melted with no peach my kid didn't get a toy with his kids meal. Read more

One of the worst Sonic locations I've been to. The orders are not usually correct and their call boxes don't work properly half... the time. If you try to get around these by using the app then you are in for an adventure. Today it wouldn't let me check in onthe app and it took them 20 mins to answer the red button. When I explained I ordered on the app and couldn't check in the girlsnapped at me that they got the order like it was my fault their equipment doesn't work correctly. I go to Sonic for the ease ofordering and quick pick up I normally get when I use the app. Unfortunately, this location doesn't live up to the brand'sreputation. Read more
