Ordered thru the mobile app when I arrived I had to wait about 10 mins. I spent $24, drove home opened the bag I ordered several... foods items. I ordered for myself and grandson Extra Chili cheese coney meal and a regular hot dog meal and cheese burger meal.Opening the Chili dogs the chili was old in both hot dogs and the tator tots looked old they were not fresh, I was verydisappointed, I end up throwing the food away, who serves old Chili that looks burnt here are pictures of the tator tots andChili dogs. I rate this Sonic 3 I visited this Sonic twice this week and my order was incorrectI think that the young men and the young... ladies need more trainingI hold the owner totally responsible for the lack of training.They need to take their time and preparethe orders as they are given. I don't think that they are readingThe board that has the orders on them. I was so disappointed Itried to go back and support the community but again it was just horrible. I decided to keep what I had my shake was all milkymy sandwich wasn't what I ordered even though I sent it back I just took the food and just came on home I will not return tothis SonicUntil the Manager get it together. I hope the Manager reads this comment you should be ashamed of yourself. You shouldtrain those young men and ladies better. you just don't care and you are just in it for the money and don't care how the foodis being prepared and sent out It's a shame. Read more

Over 30years of going to this sonics, I think it is over due for a overhaul. The employees, new or experienced, never had this... kind of customer service. In the past 2 months I have been rushed to order only to receive the wrong and cold. The place is noteven full to necessitate that much anticipation to take down an order incorrectly. Read more

Ordered a drink and a shake. Asked for a Cheesecake shake and got chocolate, not the same nor similar. When paying I corrected... and stated I wanted cheesecake and got a chocolate shake. Then when I got the correct shake it looked sloppy. Read more

Feb 4 around 5:20, drive through lane was moving at a steady pace. The gal taking my order was friendly and accurately entered... my order. Interaction at the window was also pleasant. I always take into account when I?m ordering fast food deciding how muchI like it. I was very pleasantly surprised by the classic crispy chicken sandwich. I added pickles to mine. The chicken wasjuicy and warm. The breading had a nice peppery seasoning to it. The ratio of the different components was spot on. Taters totswere perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside, a touch fluffy on the inside. They kept their texture nicely. Read more
