On May 24, 2022, I made a purchase of food/shakes through the APP. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the ice cream... machine was broken. They offered me another item in the menu but come on the whole point going to Sonic was the shakes. On aprevious visit the same thing happened and at that time I did switch the shakes for some drinks, but this time I just wanted mymoney back. I was referred to the App customer service. I called them immediately, and the deal they tried to offer me did notcompensate the money I paid for the shakes. So I was transferred to escalate my refund. I have called at least 6 times tryingto get my refund. Finally, on 7/13/22 the regional manager called me. He said it was the first he heard of this because myprevious attempts had been flagged as closed except this last call. He told me this ice cream machine is always going out and hehas ordered a new one but it will take 4 months to get. He wanted to send me my refund over a cash app and I refused that so hesaid he would have the manager mail me my refund. I texted him my address on 7/13/22, and on 7/15/22 he texted me that hismanager was taking care of this today. On 8/5/22 I texted him that I still have not received my refund. Still waiting for himto respond to me or receive my refund. This is unacceptable customer service. No one should have to work so hard for their ownmoney back. I've never had this problem in my life. I came by this morning around 8am. Asked if drinks are half off before 10am. Andrea told me no, the large drinks are 99 cents... before 10. So I got a Large Grape Lemonade...my total was $1.83 for some reason but Anyway! It took Andrea 15 minutes to bringme my drink. I know cause I was looking at the time, I had to be at WORK. Took her super long to bring my drink out and Ibelieve I was the only customer at that time. Finally she come out with my drink and I hand her a $10 bill. It took her LONGGGGto bring me my change so I started Honking My Horn. She then rushed out, taking her phone away from her ear. Putting it in herback pocket. And gave me my change. That wait was unnecessary and I've been given half off before 10am in the past. At one pointit was painted on the window. So yea, y'all might wanna hire some different ppl. Read more

Has Sonic changed their patties recently? I remember their burgers being so good but this time the patties were absolutely... disgusting. Do you know how Walmart sells big bags of fake hamburger patties in the freezer section? That's what they tastedlike. So disgusting. I couldn't even eat it. Also, I placed my order through the app. After waiting some time I was told thatthere were no onion rings. Okay, fine. I'll take tots. When my order was brought out, I was told that there were no shakesavailable. So I substituted an Ocean Water. I couldn't be told until my order was brought out? Two of the items I wanted weren'tavailable. And then the burger was horribly disgusting. And what is the point of ordering through the app if when you get therethe items aren't available? On top of that, I wasn't refunded the extra that I paid for the shake or the onion rings. Just adisappointing experience overall. Stay away from this location. Read more

I sat at order taking menu number seven for 25 minutes after pushing the red button and still no one took my order after 25... freaking minutes! Absolutely unacceptable ridiculous they weren't even that busy no more than a dozen cars in the lot. Even ifthey were short staffed that's no excuse to not answer 25 minutes after the buttons been pushed someone could have got on thereand said sorry we're short-staffed and real busy give us a minute we'll be right with you but nothing I just left a customerforever that's absolutely ridiculous Read more

Food came out fast and fresh. I was mostly impressed by my carhop, Azairah, who was super friendly and kind. The stall I used... had a broken screen. I would recommend getting it fixed to make the employees lives easier. Read more

I was so disappointed I asked for a slush float. I don't know what they gave me it was disgusting. Our chicken tenders were... burnt, they put cheese on my child foot long chili dog. I specified no cheese they have severe food allergies. The tots were thebest thing.They didn't give us any pepper mints & they charged me for a cherry & a lime I didn't get in my drink. When I was trying to place my order through the speaker the person that was taking the order could not hear me so they came... outside to my car I stayed at several times to the young Hispanic young lady I would like a number six a all-American dog whichcomes with mustard ketchup onions and relish can you please just add chili cheese and jalapenos with a large sweet tea and aregular fry when I got my food it was missing the cheese off of the hot dog the fries were cold I asked for a manager when themanager came out to the car I restated the order again she did say that she was going to fix the order and take care of it forme when I received the food then my food was thrown together and looked as if it was slop you wouldn't even have eaten it Ican't even believe the manager herself let that come out That's why I took the picture when I came home I couldn't even eat thefood because of how it looked I would never go back to that Sonic again Read more
