I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, I am unsure as to why this location is still open. I... have been here multiple times and every time it appears their ice cream machine and their blast machine is never working. Thereis never any signage up that says they don?t have these items and then when you run across staff, they have the most nastiestattitudes, it?s unbelievable. I recall, placing an order at the drive-through when I got to the window and then was informedthat they did not have the item after waiting in line almost 10 minutes when if somebody would?ve checked when they rung up theorder I would?ve been aware of this. I also recall the time where I placed a mobile order when I arrived they told me that themilkshake machine was down and that they would have to refund me by emailing me or the refund receipt since it was a mobileorder. Never received my email, never received my money, I went back to the location twice asking for management. All I receivedwas miss information and attitude. Worse sonic ever been here 3 times and have yet to order anything. They don't even answer the drive thru sat almost 5 min after... asking me to hold on just a minute each time. I went on the inside another day the lady had me wait to fill drive thru butdidn't even try to take my order. Never going back there Read more

Guess it was o'tay. Would've been nice ta get a fork with 5 chili cheese dogs. Was good eats though.
