They can't make an order right even when the ingredients are shown and listed on the menu. Lot is always trashy, likely due to... high traffic location, careless customers, and/or local homeless population, but they could make better effort to keep clean. Standard quality food you can expect from any Sonic even if it's not exactly what you ordered. Read more

The lack of effort from employees these days is becoming ridiculous and the oversight of the management is just as bad. When I... ask for my burger to have mustard only, (sauce wise),with jalapeños and extra jalapeños why would you put ketchup on it and atotal of 5 jalapeños. When I order double jalapeños I shouldn?t be able to take a bit without jalapeños in it. I should notbite into it and taste ketchup, which I hate, when I ask for mustard only. No one takes pride in there jobs anymore. And thesecompanies have become so big that they can do whatever to their customers and know that other people will still go there andeven worse, defend their practices with excuses for why they do what they do. It?s absolutely insane. So this an updatedmessage. Never go to this sonic ever. I gave them a second chance because my fiancé wanted sonic. I ordered the number 2 withdouble jalapeño NO Mayo NO mustard and no tomato. The screen as we ordered even said ask the things correctly. I left my firstpicture up and I am adding the second failure on there part. It?s the burger with TOAST, MAYO, NO MUSTARD AT ALL AND TOMATOESAND AN AMAZINGLY SMALL AMOUNT OF JALAPEÑO. Is it really that hard to read the screen and put the ingredients that the screen infront of you says. I?ve been in the restaurant industry my whole life and am amazed at how much this place screws up. I wouldgive 0 stars if I could. Read more

Great speedy service. Friendly car hops, especially Ruben!! Food is always hot fresh and delicious. BUT please read the entire... order 1st. I like my coney with MUSTARD CHILI CHEESE AND ONIONS!! UGH Other than that I love this location!! Read more

I have ordered DoorDash from this store multiple times as it is the closest sonic to my house. At least 4 out of 5 times I?ve... received the wrong order. Most times when I call the phone just rings and rings but this time someone actually picked up. Theemployee confirmed that my order was still at the store but had no explanation. So I spoke to the manager whom insisted it wasthe doordashers fault who has multiple orders and that they only asked for Tyler. If there were multiple orders why did theyonly pick up for Tyler? Why was mine left there? When I asked about this the manager became adamant that it was the dashersfault, however this continually happens to me from this store specifically. I was hoping to get something to remedy thesituation considering this is a habitual problem, but due to the managers lack of accountability and rudeness I am now leavingthis review so that anyone and everyone may know this store has a serious problem with quality assurance and their overall staffattitude. I?m sad to report that my chicken sandwich was undercooked. I?m sure there is a timer for how long meat should be cooked before... serving and maybe they need to update that. With this in mind please check your food before leaving, I know you wouldn?t thinkto put your finger in the middle of it but you have to know if it?s done before you start eating it. Read more

Honestly all Dallas sonics I?ve been to have been unsuccessful, but this location takes the prize. Countless times I have pulled... to the stall, and there?s a note saying drive Thru only, which defeats the whole purpose of the online app. So now I have towait 30+ minutes to get the food I?ve already paid for. Today was the third time in the past 6 weeks that I?ve placed an orderfor a soda, and they let me know something is wrong with their soda machine, and they can?t get me any drink. I ask for arefund, which they say has to be through the app, which is the biggest hassle. I?ve even just asked for a coupon that gives me afree drink instead, and they of course can?t do that, and have to be refunded through the app. They are quick to take yourmoney here, but have the make it the biggest inconvenience to give it back. I asked for help from the manager to process therefund via the app, and she had absolutely no clue on how to do it, and literally just told me ?I don?t know? after staring atme for a couple minutes. Sonic is easy American fav! This Sonic was no different with experience. Kind and friendly! My drinks were made to perfection!... Only downside I went back again later that day cause I was so happy about having a Sonic near my new place. I tried the SourPatch drink. It shouldn?t be on the menu.
