No exaggeration, the service was poor, and the food was even more poorly made. Pretty sure my strawberry milkshake was made... with expired milk, it tasted extremely sour and bitter. My bread was also burnt and I was given 2 chicken strips on a 5 pieceorder. I would just go to DQ instead, but they?re almost just as bad smh. Read more

This is my third time to go to this sonic, and my third time to leave without ordering because I waited for so long with the red... light blinking. I gave myself a time limit of 10 min of waiting before I would give up. Both people on each side of me wherethere when I arrived and still waiting when I left. Read more

I go there because their FISH SANDWICH is like the old fashioned one. The fish is the square Codfish. And it will fill you... up. And the price is not bad. Also their CHICKEN and Dumplings is good too. Read more

It's a new decade, and people are as interested in the experience that they receive as the services. I can't remember being as... mad as I am right now at a manager or the customer service and experience that they provided. They argued with me, Liten themanager said that I was wrong because they couldn't substitute bacon without an upcharge which is something I have been doingfor years without a problem. The person that took my order kept getting it wrong, and that wasn't even the bacon issue,and herflippant comment was "I just work here." After all of the issues, I wisely decided to check my order before I drove off. Notonly was it not a thing like the photo, it didn't have any bacon in it! I drove back, asked for the manager, he apologized, thenabout 2 minutes later came back out with the same, now cold "burrito" that they added bacon to, and who knows what else. I amfloored about the entire transaction. Obviously the cook had no idea how to prepare this item, the order taker didn't know howto place an order (or how to work with customers!) and I don't even know where to start with the manager, and calling him amanager is an insult to every other manager out there. I'll be taking my money to the McDonalds across the street. Read more
