Such a shame to give it a 1 because Snappy Salads is amazing but the salads are so bland and just not good at all at this... location, almost seems old. This location seems to be notorious for leaving things out as I paid for extra protein for it tojust be the same as a regular order, not worth $15+. I ordered the create your own salad?with 6 toppings?not enough in the topping. Their own salad has more toppings. I also... ordered the tofu wrap. A little dry and tasteless until I added the sesame ginger dressing?then the wrap was okay. The saladis way overpriced & their dressings are nothing special?for what it is?Jasons Deli has a better all you can eat salad for lessmoney and you get to make it your self! Started a new job in the area, I was so excited to see Snappy Salad. One visit and I will NEVER come back. I?m writing this... review while I?m at the restaurant. The staff is AWFUL! The drink lids and straws are next to a pile of dirty dishes. Justridiculous!!! Read more
Food was great! Ordered Uber Eats and specifically requested utensils and condiments. Please tell me how a fork is acceptable to... eat soup? Also, when you order 3 meals and get 2 forks - clearly lack of attention to detail at the store. Prep time for 2salads and a bowl.of soup was over 30 minutes - TERRIBLE customer service! Read more
Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been a patron of snappy salads for years, but this location is absolutely terrible. I... usually order salads to be delivered during my lunch break, and they are ALWAYS missing ingredients (the ones I paid extra for).If you?re ordering from this location, I advise that you pick up yourself and thoroughly check before leaving. It's such a shame that this location is so convenient yet the quality is not on par with other locations. Agree with the other... review regarding to the lunch rush - my salad was prepared in such a rush and they missed my dressing... it was a pick-up order.How am I supposed to enjoy the salad without the dressing? This review is tough the salad was great, but the atmosphere was terrible first you should never have molded cheese on the line... and I understand it's a lunch rush relax let the customer look what they want on there salad there was three customers in frontof me and I had to be on there back to see what I wanted and lastly most salad places mix ingredients not throw them on top.This store definitely needs more guidance especially being in downtown Dallas. Come here multiple times a week. Always a great salad for a pretty good price.
