Today was my first time getting smoothies from this location and the wait was a bit much about 15mins. The smoothie tasted... great, well blended, Angelica was super sweet with her recommendation but as I got to the bottom of my smoothie this piece ofplastic came up thru my straw and I nearly died choking on this. I?m not sure if this is from the blender or what but please bemindful of damage to your equipment or things falling into peoples drinks because it almost took my life. Read more

They need more than 1 person working in their. Line is always long. Andy is nice but you can't do this all on your own. 15 mins... in line to get a small smoothie is unacceptable mo matter what day it is!!! Read more
If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would! First off, the little boy taking orders through the drive through is the... WORST. He is rude, unpleasant, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This evening, after leaving the gym, I return to this location for asecond time hoping to receive better service than the first time I came. NOPE, he was just as rude as the first time. He doesn?tgreet you as you pull up. The only thing he says is ?order when you?re ready??after placing my order, he doesn?t tell me theprice, all he says is ?pull up to the window??as I get to the window, there is another young man, who seemingly seems to be waymore pleasant than the idiot taking the drive through orders. I said the guy in the drive through is very rude as if he doesn?twant to be here?the young man said ?he doesn?t want to be here??well why are you here!? Why not find another job. The unpleasantone also tells me he is not obligated to greet customers through the drive through?you?re not obligated to be customerfriendly!? After that, I left. Didn?t buy a smoothie and will never return to this location again. I will make sure that none ofmy friends go here as well. I have NEVER encountered such rude people working for smoothie king. Worst experience ever. I got a runny smoothie it wasn?t ended put in the blender at all. The other two smoothies I got tasted... awful. I tried calling to complain and their phone number doesn?t work. Do not order from here! I got these delivered and sincetheir phone number doesn?t work I can?t get my money back. Poor service. Terrible customer interaction. Who is the manger at this location. I recently went here to pick up an order and... the employee handed me my smoothie with its contents on the outside of the cup and it dropped on my clothes and car interiorthen I discover he added banana to the smoothie and I did not order banana. I had to return to the drive thru just to get thecorrect order. I am making it a pledge to never go back to this location again. I emailed customer service and I have notreceived a response. I placed an order online, waited over 30 mins to get my drink, and was asked over 4 times what my order was. There was another... customer returning a drink that was wrong, there was also someone in the drive thru threatening to call Corporate because of thehorrible service.
