Unfortunately not all Smoothie Kings make the drinks the way they?re supposed to. I normally visit several in North Dallas and... order the same thing, and I?ve never had an issue. But when I ordered the same drink here, it was the absolute worst drink I?veever tasted. Read more

I go to this Smoothie King because it?s close to my job. Normally the customer service is horrible in the morning. I went after... work and a young man named Malachi was so polite and positive. He needs to be there in the mornings. So go to the Desotolocation in the mornings and this one in the evenings. Read more

I continue to try to support this particular location. I was the only car, the service very poor and slow. There were four... people in the building, we still had to wait. There was nobody in line in front of me. I asked to upsize to the 32oz. My billwas 6.48 I gave 7.00 no change was given back. I got a 20 oz. I'll just pass this one by and go to another location.
