I love smoothie king, but I always have problems with this location. Usually I wouldn?t say anything, but what happened this... time could be dangerous for people with allergies. I ordered a strawberry pure recharge and specified no mango. When I got tothe window she said ?you ordered a mango strawberry recharge?? I said no mango just strawberry and had her confirm that therewas no mango in it. When she handed me the drink I could immediately tell by the color that there was mango in it. And then sureenough when I tasted it it was strawberry mango. Luckily I do not have a mango allergy, but this is extremely dangerous andnegligent behavior. Read more
Awful location. Took 25 minutes waiting for just five cars to go through. The lady doing the drive through is clueless, slow,... and rude. This was my work lunch since and just had dental surgery and work from home. I needed the receipt, but as soon as itprinted she crumpled it and threw it away. I asked and she blankly looked at me, and without a word pulled it from the trash andgave it to me. Idk how you make a drive through smoothie place so frustrating. Never again at this location. I was literally yelling into the drive through, and they kept saying I wasn't loud enough. Drive through menu is apparently out... dated. They couldn't figure out how to put an allergy warning on the ticket, so they didn't bother telling anyone until I askedagain when they went to hand me my smoothies. What if I hadn't double checked? The only reason it's a 3 star rating is becausethe smoothies tasted good when we finally got them. Read more
Pretty sure they need to pay their staff more or replace them. Based on the previous reviews here from months ago, I see similar... complaints and no changes. Perhaps the laxed owner or management are the low denominator here. Everyone that works here is rude.They look jaded and unfriendly. I have been here three times in the last year, but the last two times was not a very smoothexperience. Processed the wrong drink at first so had to make me another while backing up the drive thru line. Did not take myorder until I pulled up to the sliding door (which is wierd in itself). Perhaps a proper drive thru window and A/C would keepthe staff cooler and happier. Third time I went there the drink was 3/4 full and had the texture and taste of chalkboard. Thestaff does not greet you and simply answered via the speaker "what can I get you?" with a tone of like she is doing me a favor. Read more

Not a good location. They blocked the drive through with cones while the inside was full of more than enough employees. I... ordered curbside and waited for someone to bring my smoothie and no one came even though when I walked inside it seemed likeit?s been ready for a while. The employees here seem lazy. Read more
Okay, normally I order the strawberry Gladiator. Today I had an adventurous heart. I have had grass shots at other places before... and maybe my body was craving chlorophyll for photosynthesis. I tried the Lemongrass,Ginger,Kale. Drink. It was refreshing andreally great tasting. You get a hint if lawnmower under carriage, but not enough to be turned off on the Drink. Walked in while taking my dogs out for a stroll and decided to go in here, biggest mistake. No one acknowledged me and had me... standing there for a good five mins with no on assisting me. I approached the cash register to see if maybe they would help meand Alexis who was walking back and forth engaging in a conversation with this young Africa American employee seem to busy toeven talk to me while I was standing in front of the cash register. Alexis put a blender to mix and gradually looked up and said"I will be with you" and proceeded to make her drive through order. She finally came to the register and asked what Iwanted.
