These guys inside don't know what they're doing. I had to ask for a refund when they did not know how to use my half of 32oz... coupon and charged me the full price, so they had to make it again and Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha it tasted awful. All Icould taste was the crushed ice and no taste of the espresso shot in it, after telling them that's how I wanted it. They don'tmake these smoothies consistent every time but they are super expensive. Money wasted, lesson learned. Read more

Mobile ordering was closed today at 7PM, 2 hours before closing which is weird. I?m used to the online ordering being disabled... the hour before closing as it makes sense but 2 hours before??? And then I called to see if I could place the order over thephone and was told by the lady in store that I cannot because she has a line. Just seems like she didn?t want to assist and hercustomer service was bad, I could tell asking her if I can place an order over the phone annoyed her, which is concerning. Read more
I just had to give major props to whatever young lady took the time out this morning to answer the phone for me and help me with... my DoorDash online order.. She was very polite understanding and patient with me I explained to her I was just put on a allfluids diet for a couple weeks due to seizures the past couple days and I need help with my order she helped me pick the bestthing and what to add to keep my weight up.. Normally smoothie kings are great for me but this one sucks. Not enough workers to keep up and half of the workers don?t know... what they are doing. All the workers were sluggish and it took me forever to get my smoothie despite there being only one personI front of me. Smoothie tasted fine but nowhere near what it normally is like.
