This was my first time ever ordering from here, my mom had passed so we wanted a really good burger. we looked you guys up and... your presentation online look very good and it matched everything that we wanted. After placing the order and coming to pick itup they put all four hot burgers in one bag and then all the french fries. it was four meals, the presentation was horrible. thefood is good but you guys didn?t take care of your customer. it was four different burgers and four different fries. I don?tunderstand why you didn?t put two burgers in one bag and two burgers in another bag that would?ve been perfect to keep them warmand not all over the bag, a mess. then your fries were over cooked my dog didn?t even like them and he loves fries. Great food, even better service! I placed my order with Kevin & can say he is the #1 reason i will visit this location... again. Kevin welcomed me with a smile & was very helpful when i asked for menu suggestions. Kevin greeted EVERY customer thatwalked in as well as was very attentive to all of the folks dining in- walked around to check on folks. He did all of this witha smile & a great attitude. Came because the hype and left disappointed. The patties were over cooked and burned on one side. I did like the toppings on the... Colorado. The fries were a let down but the onion straws were a hit for me. I would visit again in hopes of a better cook. Read more
Visited the Smashburger and left satisfied. The burger is alright, nothing too special... Although it has a fresher taste than... other burgers from other fast food chains. The real gem here are the smash fries, it embodies everything great about Frenchfries- especially the seasoning. Service was attentive and nice. Read more
First time coming here. Staff is really nice and very quick on making your food. I ordered the double bacon smash burger and... smash fries. The burger tasted great but burger was a bit too greasy for me but still good. The fries were perfect definitelyrecommend the smash fries they are tossed in Garlic and rosemary! They also have alot of different menu items you can order fromand even dessert if you want something sweet. Only thing is parking is a bit small and it fills up quickly. Store was veryclean! Poor customer service! Never will I get get gist this place again. I spent over $50 on food and I could not even get cheese on... my burger. Gerardo stated that cheese doesn?t come on an avocado burger. I asked if I could have some away and he comes backwith a fry container with a cold slice of cheese. I then asked him to melt the cheese to which he replied that he couldn?t meltthe cheese. He added that if I would lik cheese that I would have to order another burger. Read more
We live like two blocks away from this location so it?s convenient but I will say the handful of times we have had it our order... has not been right once. I?m not talking about complicated tickets - like a chicken sandwich plain/dry add cheese and it willcome out wrong?. They are notorious for forgetting items like tots and fries.
