One of my favorite restaurant here in the DFW metroplex. The food, service, cleanliness, and turnaround is EXCELLENT! One thing... I wish they would change is keep it open later than 8pm. ???????? Excellent for take out, dine-in, and catering. Would recommendthem ????!!! Read more

Hands down the most delicious mediterranean restaurant in the USA. No restaurant can make that juicy and Flavorful Ground beef... Kabob like Shiraz. I have eaten in Almost every Mediterranean restaurant in DFW from Arabic to Turkish to Persian but no cancompete with Shiraz. Highly recommend. Try it, and thank me later Read more

Shiraz Mediterranean Grill has great service and excellent food. I got their Beef Kobideh Kebab platter and it was fantastic.... The kebabs were juicy and tasty and the proportions were a great value for the price. Can?t say it was ?5 star? good butsomewhere around the 4.5 star range. Would definitely go again. Call ahead as they can be busy. Read more

The best kebab koobideh, I have tried in the US. The quality of the food was supper and I enjoyed it a lot. You will not be... disappointed to try the dish that I shared the pictures of it. I hope they keep the same quality and I will definitely checkthis place next time I travel to Dallas. Read more

This is more like a solid 4.3 rating and it only took a slight hit because I felt like the kabobs we were served were a bit... dry/not ?fresh? tasting - like they had been prepared long before we ordered them. Regardless, the rest of the meal wasfantastic (and the kebabs still weren?t bad). The Fesenjan (admittedly the first time I?ve had this dish) blew me away - it wasa fantastic flavor combination of sweet and savory and I usually don?t like main courses with intermingling sweetness, but thiswas a perfect accompaniment. I could see how some wouldn?t like it if they?re sensitive to sweetness though as the pomegranate(molasses or fresh idk) is a bit surprising. It made me want to try it at other places just to compare. Service was great, hands off but still attentive. I?ll come back eventually to try other signature dishes. Read more

The food was not good enough for the price. Services and quality must be better with this price. you can find a better quality... with better price if you search more. we were in Dallas for our vacation, and tried Shiraz bc of the 4.6 star reviews. Thentried many different Mediterranean restaurant in Dallas and Houston and noticed the huge difference between Shiraz and theothers. We paid $80 in Shiraz for 2 main course, vegetable/cheese dish and no drink! But we paid $60 for 3 main course, drinksand vegetable/cheese dish with fresh bread. If the second restaurant get 10/10 for the food quality, in an absolute contrastShiraz will get 5/10. I believe they have to work on their food quality and costumer service. Read more
