Visited at 3:00 pm on a Friday. They were open and had a small line waiting to order. The employee taking our order was kind and... friendly. The bad news was the shake machine was broken. Almost like a McDonald?s I?ve cream machine. I guess today they shouldhave just been ?Shack? since shakes weren?t an option. The burger we got was good, the chicken sandwich was a dry dry dry. Ididn?t know chicken could get that dry. Big disappointment. The fries were some of the best ever, with crispy outside and tendermiddle. Read more
Great burgers, hot and fresh. Fast service especially when catching a layover flight.
Ordered our food and took some time but got it fresh. The bun was soft, burger patties were crisp and juicy. My sandwich was... assembled with care and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My first experience with Shake Shack was pleasant and delicious? I?m lookingforward to visiting another Shake Shack whenever one is near by. Absolutely worst experience in my history of Shake Shack, I know it takes time but 20 minutes is unacceptable. Worst part was my... burger and fries had been done for 10 min and sat in the counter. Almost no fries and they are cold. For having 7 stuff on I amshocked. Corporate needs to deal with this store. If I had more time I would have asked them to remake everything. Never in amillion years would I expect to give a shake shack a 1 star. Read more
