Called 5 times to order but message was they were too busy. Got there and had 8 people with one customer in restaurant. There... are plenty of good burger places out there, Hopdaddy, Liberty, etc. If a restaurant thinks it's too hard to answer the phone, Isay it's too hard to buy their food. Great spot to take the family for a burger and fries. It?s always easy to get in and out, the food is delicious and they... usually have a game on TV. It?s a little confusing as to what they?ve chosen to make full versus self service (e.g. some saucesare and aren?t), but only minor gripes. Read more
Not gonna lie the burger, although small a pitiful looking didn't taste bad at all. However, to be named "Shake Shack" and not... have a straw that could not sustain the "Shake" without splitting was very disappointing and frustrating. My total for just meand my daughter was over $31. and we were given "one" small tray like we were supposed to share it or eat off our napkin??Lastly, we had to use packets to put our own dressing on our burgers. I know this may sound like I'm being very critical but Itruly hope this review is received in love. Nice location. Clean, but, the tables needed to be wiped down... But, it was lunchtime so... Still found a place to sit without... any problems. I'd recommend it for a quick lunch break. Update, lunch again. Food was good. Drove past a few other places to getfood from here.. still recommend it. Read more
I tried the Veggie Shack Burger (added Crispy Shallots). They forgot the shallots, but gave me some on the side to add myself.... No biggie. What IS a big deal though... upon arriving there were only 2 parties already dining in... myself and another partywalked in together. The customers before me ordered to-go, but I decided to dine-in. They weren't busy at all and never came outto clean the dining area thee entire time I was there. It was only 2 other dine-in customers that came in after me and a fewothers were pick-up orders. I had wipes so cleaned my own area, but this should always be one of the top focuses along withcustomer service & taste. The Veggie Shack Burger was pretty good, but I like the Shroom Shack Burger better. The CherryHibiscus Summerade was more tart than sweet. All that piled up trash was there when I got there so I had to go to the othertrash bin to empty my tray. Customer service was ok, but I probably won't come back to this location. Read more
Update... service level has CRASHED here. Waited 5 minutes for one of 8 people to speak to us.. then waited more until gave up.... Plenty of employees. Third time this has happened to us. Great burger and fries, with concretes! This chain spot is our go tofor a quick burger. Great staff. Excellent food. Decent prices. Overall excellent experience. Read more
My FAVOURITE burger joint! I really hope they open one up in Toronto someday. I love that this location has a patio outdoors... and plenty on seating indoors. The service is consistently friendly and efficient here. The beef is really tasty, the egg bun isbuttery and melt in your mouth, the crinkle fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Make sure to askfor extra shack sauce on the side to dip your fries, and your burger! It sooo delicious!! Read more
Shake Shack as always had a good food. Price is a little high single each item is priced individually. I wish the company as a... whole would make combo options to make you feel like getting a deal. Since a burger, fries, drink, and vanilla shake is $21.This visit seemed to have slower food service than normal and wasn't busy. Aside from that still good place to eat, if you don'tmind the price.
