I just had the worst (and most expensive) Schlotzsky's sandwich I've ever experienced. I ordered their version of a Reuben, so... it should have been pastrami, swiss, sauerkraut and mustard on dark bread. But what I got was a slice of swiss and a slice ofbeef on a sour dough. That sandwich was $10 and it was tiny, too. Schlotzsky's used to be tasty and a fair deal for lunch. Read more
Our local Schlotzsky's closed a few months back, so when we were visiting this area and it was lunch time, we stopped by.... Service was quite swift, and it seened like there was more meat on our sandwiches than we usually had. Very good, hot and fresh.Their chips are always good. Shop was clean and neat, comfortable temperature with it over 100 degrees outside. Read more
I was not satisfied with the customer service or the quality of my sandwich I received. The girl working the counter that day... decided to make me wait 3 to 5 minutes while she finished folding pizza boxes as there was no one else in the store at all. Thenmy sandwich, the one I've been ordering for years and years and years was not made correctly. I always get extra olives, NOolives at all. It was bad enough they quit carrying the large size so I HAD to get the medium. Wasn't enough food for two. Ialways get a $14 large sandwich with extra meat/extra olives and all the fixings and am usually more than happy with my order. Iwill not return to this location ever again. A bunch of children work there now who do not take their job seriously and couldcare less. They were too busy cutting up, laughing and having a good time in the back. Read more
We've been coming to this location for about 10 or so years, and have always gotten pretty good service consistently. The staff... are generally attentive and quick and orders are generally correct with no issues. It does look like they have recently changedthe bread recently (which is the reason we go) and it's white and crusty these days. The soups are good, definitely usuallybetter than most other sandwich chain soups. It is always very, very hot in there and I feel so bad for the staff. Read more
I would love to give 5 stars but, coming to this location is always a hit or miss for me. Today my sandwich was hard, I didn't... realize how hard until I bit into it and cut the roof of my mouth pretty good! love Schlotzsky's, but the workers are moreinterested in socializing than getting it right! I come to this location because its the closest to me. I'm disappointed intheir lack of consistency! I'll drive the farther distance now. Read more
This is how it was served...if they wanted to give me a teaspoon of soup, why didn't they use a smaller cup? In addition, the... restaurant had crumbs everywhere in the booths and there was no one in the restaurant cleaning. The staff seemed only to want tocook food to get you out of the restaurant. No dine-in at all. When you have free time at a restaurant, you are supposed to becleaning or preparing for the next day. Everyone was vacant from the front except me eating my sandwich.
