This review saddens me, I have been getting pizza from Sal?s for over 20 years but tonight will be the last time. First off the... pizza was way under cooked, the cheese was barely melted. We asked the waiter to cook it longer and said it had already been cutthere was nothing they could do. On top of that we asked for light sauce (just our preference) it came out swimming in sauce andgrease. It was so bad you could even serve a slice with out all the toppings sliding off the soggy undercooked crust. I wouldexpect this from papa John?s but not a Dallas Staple like Sal?s and for $70.00. I should have saved $60.00 and got frozen pizzafrom the store it would have been better. Read more

Love the Sicilian pizza! This as as close to Chicago, in Texas, as you can get. Very unassuming restaurant on a side street,... certainly a hidden gem! Clean facility, couriers and friendly wait staff- cannot wait to come back to try some more of theirmenu's variety. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience for me and my lovely date. Read more
I was invited to dinner here. I ordered the Bake Ziti which came with a House Salad and Oh so good House Dressing. Their... complementary bread was Delicious also. My BF ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and that too was delicious. The inside is nice and Roomyand had Televisions to watch maybe a Dallas Cowboys Game. The Gentleman that was our server was Very Nice and attentive. I'vebeen eating at Sal's since 1990 and will continue to go back. You all should give it a try. Read more
Tried this for the first time last night. Delivery was free (which is very hard to come by these days,) and the pizza was... delicious. The delivery driver was very quick with our order, even on a Saturday night. It arrived piping hot and fresh. Thequality was great. We will definitely be ordering again! Read more
This pizza is really good ???????? I had got it delivered so sorry for not a lot of pictures because I was working but I have to... say they aren?t like all these chains everyone goes to. They go far more than a large pizza they have XL for $14! It does notstop there so glad I heard of this place and tried it!! The atmosphere here at Sal's is like walking into a 60's Era family restaurant. You can feel the employees love for their job... and the pride they have working to feed their patrons. For a quick laugh and interesting conversation speak with Kenny, therestaurants long time owner. They provide a great meal at an even greater price. A " must go" on Dallas' restaurants list..
