One of my favorite ways to start my busy mornings is ordering online my favorite summit bowl. The online ordering through Google... maps makes it convenient and by the time I arrive after leaving the house my bowl is ready. The staff always takes care not tolet the bowls be overflowing and I?ve managed to eat my bowls while driving and never dripping or spilling any. Always love stopping here after the gym, everyone is super nice but today was not the case. I ordered my bowl online through... google and asked for it to be made into a smoothie in the notes. I was not aware there was an app. When I arrived the guy behindthe counter handed me a bowl which is not what I ordered and didn?t even get a chance to explain before a very rude young ladycut in on her way out (manager? Supervisor?) saying there was an up charge for it to be a smoothie and she can?t blend itbecause there?s flax seeds in it???? Wtf?how does that make a difference? I paid $14 for a smoothie that was made incorrectly.If the item needs to be ordered through the app then the google online ordering should be the same way, I?m not responsible forthe failure of your third party services and should get what I asked for? Really great place near the university! A good walking distance. Guy helping me was super great - apparently you can get a... smoothie and change it into a bowl! Delicious blend in a decent portion size. You can customize your toppings and add peanut butter into the blend for a little... extra. Worth a try for sure! Read more
I LOVE this place but unfortunately the bowl arrived as a soup and was completely melted (2nd or 3rd time that?s happened) Kind... of defeats the purpose of having a smoothie bowl?? had to stick it back in the freezer before I could eat it which is a bitannoying. Can I suggest placing the bowl in another bowl/box filled with ice to preserve quality upon delivery? Just a thought.I also paid extra for a quicker delivery so it might be worth updating your packing techniques for delivery in the future toavoid Rush Soup. ???????? Read more
