Received food without fries politely went back and asked for my items that go with my meal and the manager... examineey box as if I was lying, then went and gave me maybe 20 fries total like these young ppl have no respect these days withthe jobs they pick to work utterly ridiculous. My first time trying this restaurant chain since i moved to Texas. I feel the place is over hyped. Nothing to special .... Customer service was good and fast. The water is not to my liking. Ordered through the mobile app. Pickup was quick and easy; there?s plenty of parking space, and mobile orders are clearly... displayed on a shelf right when you enter the restaurant. They only serve one thing so you can?t go wrong with anything on themenu ???? If you want to save a bit of $, you can get your combos with ?no drink?, which saves about $0.70. Do not go here tonight on November the 19th because they are sitting here lying and saying that the chicken is supposed to be... greasy. Cane's chicken has never been greasy and they are cooking them too far ahead of time as I am watching them do that sothey do not have to work. I work hard and then also the fries were old. They put some of the chicken up under the good chicken.Supposed to have been hot and ready so the old chicken was basically rubbery so they are making it to where they do not have towork as hard. Not caring about what the customer thinks. They did not give me my receipt. I asked the manager to cook my foodfresh. I asked the front desk to cook my food fresh because I had two orders but that was not the case. They had my food readyand less than 2 seconds and the more I kept getting my first order it was. I squeeze the chicken and nothing but grease camesqueezing out of the chicken in the fries were old when I gave them back to them to get me a fresh batch. They still gave me thesame thing. Not expecting me to look. They do not want to work. Why do you come if you don't want hard work? Canes is a hardworking place you must be ready with all the customers that come through there. They should be waiting to get their food butthey are not waiting. If you are going to cook chicken strips, cook them 5 minutes ahead of time, not 20 or 30 or throwing themback inside the grease for customers with heart problems or either asthma will have problems with that like me.
