Walk up to the counter and the lady, I?m assuming she was the manager started to take my sons order, she looked straight at me... and I say hi how are you doing and she just gave me a dead look. No reply, no how are you, no welcome to Cane?s. Worst customerservice. Read more

Fast, hot and delicious as usual. This was my first time at this location but we just filled our drinks and the food was ready.
UPDATE: Corporate contacted me after my review requesting more information. I used the online portal they provided to reply.... It's been 4 weeks and they haven't contacted me...... The restaurant was not busy at all (only 1 other customer) but there wereprobably 8 or more employees working at the time. While I was ordering there was a lot of horseplay going on in the kitchen andemployees loudly using profanity and racial slurs towards one another. Chicken and fries were fresh and hot. Read more
