My favorite restaurant, I’m from Louisiana… so I never want to talk down on it but the workers at this location and another... in Dallas can’t cook the chicken properly and the fries are the size of a shoe string….somebody from Louisiana need to gethere as soon as possible. Absolutely out of words for this place, great experience, great chicken, great environment, great music, great memories. The... Jeffery family commends this place and will continue to eat chicken from them for many years to come. When you walk in the storeand you were instantly greeted with a family like environment. The customer service is exemplary. I highly recommend. I wouldhighly recommend a date night, a family outing, a business meeting, A company anniversary, A birthday party, A wedding shower, Abridal shower, A business partnership, A midnight snack, and an engagement party, ect. The food was great. The chicken was very hot and tasty. The slice of toast was surprisingly delicious. I was worried that the... fries would be a disappointment based on my previous experiences with crinkle fries. But they were surprisingly very hot, crispyand well salted. The cane sauce was a new experience for me, a bit too creamy for me but still tasty. The coleslaw was too sweetfor me and just seemed dry. The lady that was serving me was a bit weird and rude. I was looking at the menu and was somewhatexpecting her to greet me. But she just stared at me. When I was ready to order she still continued to stare at me withoutsaying anything. I’m not usually bothered by this stuff but had to put it on here. I would definitely recommended this toanyone. The customer service may not be the case for everyone and may be just for me. This place is super fast and they are usually very friendly and quick to get you through the drive thru with very few mistakes... I've ever seen. I've never had an issue with the food not being warm or fresh here, and they sometimes will give you extrachicken fingers if it's near closing time late at night I've noticed. Canes is one of the places that has their act together atevery location I've ever been to. Slightly expensive for what you get, but that's pretty much the case with all places rightnow.
