Only started eating here again because of a T-Mobile Tuesday reward. Just to get here and the shrimp is nasty and the cashier... can?t even do her job properly. I placed an order online after putting my address in.. It was placed at the wrong qdoba which was 20 min away from me. I tried... to call 3 times to ask could they remake the food so it would be hot when I arrived.No one answered any of my calls. I Finallygot there and they're all standing by the register talking. I asked the lady could she remake my order and she handed me my bagwith a smile! As I was pulling off I decided to check the food. The Guacamole was old and not fresh,hence the different hue ofgreen around the edges and the chicken was crunchy and tasted old. I threw the food away. See pics below. Read more

Usually I have nothing but positive things to say about this particular Qdoba but they?re getting a graceful 2 stars and it... should really be 1 after I drove 35min to the restaurant and arrive at 908pm on 11/23/21 after a long day of work, just to findout they have closed early and started cleaning up so they can go home. I sat there waiting for an explanation but all some guydid was put his hands in the air and smile as to say what do you want me to do, ?we?re closed?. Very frustrating to say theleast, and there were multiple customers who were frustrated like myself. Very unprofessional and a huge Inconvenience seeing Ihad to drive from Rockwall due to the limited number of qdobas in the area. Read more
Yes there are lots of burrito/ taco places but this is one of the best. All the ingredients rE very fresh. Friendly helpful... staff. So good, you really need to try this place. Very customizable. Clean comfortable locations. Might have to drive q littlefarther. Do it. Read more
Burritos and bowls are great. Good for kids also, since you can customize your meal.
