I?ve been here twice looking forward to go again. the service is quick and friendly. the atmosphere is a vibe, only negative is... that the restaurant smells a little funny. I think it?s fairly priced. The Caesar salad is really scrumptious and fresh. Thebread and butter is nice but eat the bread quickly or else bread will get stale. The sauce on the lobster ravioli was to diefor. nice touch with the shrimp bits which they were bigger. My family recently ordered takeout from Prego Pasta House. They take great care in making deliciously authentic Italian food.... There is a reason Prego has stayed in business for more than 30 years and continues to remain a Dallas staple. I recommend thechicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana, as well as the fried provolone cheese! Read more
Talk about a Dallas Institution that has been at this one location we're going on 40 years. This restaurant brings back so many... years of memories. This was the premiere location to bring a date and still is. Staff and waitress were super friendly andhelpful. Started out with the calamari and cheese bread. I had the Linguini seafood and my wife enjoyed the Veal Italiano. Themeal and experience was head and shoulders above any other dining experience we have had in somem time. Excellent Italian cuisine and atmosphere. Whenever we are wanting pasta or lasagna this is THE place to go. Food is made fresh,... staff is warm and welcoming and service is fast (but not pushy or rushed). I?ve visited 2x in the past 10 days and it?s alwaysdelicious.
