Had soup and sandwich combo. Super fresh and yummy. I love that they have three sizes of sandwiches, three choices of bread and... unlimited sandwich combinations. The chili is meaty and hearty. While not spicy the chili is tasty. Insider Tip: you can Amp upthe heat component by adding in some of Potbelly's special hot peppers. ???????????????? Read more

Upon walking in the door all we hear is someone screaming to the top of their voice "I'm not off work yet" or something like... that over the phone. Since we drove about 6 miles during rush hour we decided to go ahead and order with every intention toavoid this employee until she was the one to put toppings on the order. After getting home we were welcomed to a very saddinner, the bread was old on both sandwiches and the tension translated to the food. Hope they are better during the lunch hour. But what an experience. Will try another location when in Dallas. Read more

First time at a Potbelly and had a wonderful experience. The two ladies working here were so sweet and patient with my... questions. The apple walnut salad is one of the best fast food salads I've ever had. Only negative is that they are packed withway too much lettuce that I couldn't finish--and I got the small size--but that may be with all locations, since it's afranchise. Read more

First time at Pot Belly. I got the veggie sub, check out photo. Was pretty disappointing. Definitely don't recommend.

I Placed an online order at this location and requested for the order to be delivered because I do not have transportation... today. I ordered a original Italian sandwich and I put specials instructions to add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, hot peppers,Italian seasoning, and provolone cheese. I also ordered chips and a bottle soda. When my order arrived all it had on it wasmeat, cheese and pickles. I called the location on Lemmon to have the issue rectified and was told that I could come by and pickup a new sandwich. I told the manager Chris that I did not have transportation, that is why I had it delivered and could notcome back up. Chris told me well he can give me back my money on the sandwich. I asked him can they not remake the sandwich andhave it redelivered. Chris told me no. I told Chris I am pregnant and need my food, I cannot go back in to order more food andpay to have it redelivered. Chris told me he can give me back my money on the sandwich. I asked for a full refund because I wasalready out 7$ for delivery and now I have no lunch. Chris hung up on me after I told him the instructions were plainly printedif they read the order. Asked for corporate number was denied Read more

My first time here. Very exciting great food better than I had expected. Hot and delicious sandwiches and soups and desserts.... My friend and I dropped by at 8:50 pm thinking they were getting ready to close. To our surprise they were still fully openedand anything we wanted was still available. How awesome was that. The location we went to was at the corner of Inwood and LemmonAve in Dallas. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and fresh smelled great. We got our foodTogo. My friend had almost finished her sandwich by the time I unwrapped my sandwich. I also got the large bowl of Broccoli withcheese it was wonderful. My sandwiches had blue cheese in it. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for being so nice guys ! LikeArnold I'll be back ???? Read more
