Everybody was so helpful and nice. It was my first time here. A young man explained everything about the menu to me and some... recommendations. I got the big Italian and it was BIG and delicious. I couldn't eat it all so it's lunch for tomorrow. Greatplace doing customer service right. I was a customer service supervisor for 15 years so I have very high standards. 5 gold starsfrom me. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but just about everyone in this place had a terrible attitude. Not necessarily mean, just... like they hate being there and we're annoyed we were ordering sandwiches. Not a pleasant experience. I'll stick with any of theother Potbelly's. Read more
Debated writing a review bc I eat at this location so often and never had a problem, but holy hell, the girl making our sandwich... was probably the rudest person I?ve encountered in the service industry. I have been here severally and never have I encountered such a rude staff. My order was supposed to be ready 30mins. I waited an... extra 20mins only for this boy right there to be extremely rude and tell me he doesn?t know what to say to me. ?Like it?s beingworked on and there are other people waiting so I don?t know why you are complaining?. This used to be the best spot with quick and great service but after today's experience, I'm not sure I will be back. It's part... my fault because as soon as I saw the girl who has has been working there about 4 to 6 months, I knew I should had turned aroundand walked out. This young girl has no sense of urgency or team effort, she just stands there and waits while 8 sandwichesbacked up on belt (my 2 we're in the middle) until the manager finally said something. When we received the sandwiches they werecold and then I had already paid and had to wait on a salad I had ordered. I'm not sure what happened to the other crew but it'sthe one employee who seems to stand waiting for someone else to do the work. It's a shame. I don't know how they make it throughlunch rush unless she is scheduled evenings only. I was standing there waiting for 30 minutes (a couple in front of us who werecompletely forgotten about, 2 guys in front of us, then ME, then a young lady behind us) I come here once a week.
