Meant to post this a while ago.....I quit going here because they are now asking for tips. Like, you are a sandwich shop. It... takes me like 2 minutes to get a sandwich from you and you want me to pay your staff for you AND overpay for a SANDWICH? Come onguys you can do better. I was a waiter for 6 six years making my way through school. I know exactly who to tip in life, andexactly who should be payed an honest wage. Oh, and keep a better eye on that soft drink machine. Came in at 9:30 pm (30 minutes) before close 7/14/22 and whoever the person was making sandwiches was absolutely rude. I mean,... rolling eyes, heavy breathing, and not saying hello rude. When we asked for a sandwich the first thing he said was, I don't haveenough meat to make that sandwich, anything else? and he had the BIGGEST look of disgust on his face. He was BEYOND RUDE andwhoever he is, he needs to find another job. His attitude was so bad, we told him no and walked out and all he said wasokay. Our order was going to be about $50 because we had 4 orders, but the company lost out on that revenue because of a lazyrude employee. That location still had 30 minutes before close. I just stopped by for my favorite sandwich, the turkey with their awesome pickles. Unfortunately, the individual at the register... refused to allow me into the restroom to wash my hands prior to ordering my sandwich. He indicated that they do not allowcustomers to use their restrooms prior to ordering. Not pleased with the store and it?s attitude. POOR EXPERIENCE!! Will not beback. Read more
