Not a fan of sandwhich shops, but the quality was better than most. Had the wreck medium sandwhich and it was tasty and filled... me up for lunch. Still just as confusing as the rest of these shops, though. The music was exceptionally loud, which would be adeal breaker if I had to have a conversation. I ate alone, but the blaring music made ordering a problem, lots of repetition andmiscommunication with the ladies trying to help me. Read more

If I could give a negative star review, I would. This location is absolutely terrible. I ordered catering for 80 people and the... order arrived AN HOUR LATE. I called the store over 10 times and they only answered 3 of my calls: 2 of which they hung up orput me on hold & never picked up again. The woman that I finally talked to decided to argue with me and then hang up after Irequested a call from the General Manager. The delivery driver (Ashley) is the only individual I am not upset with. She came inon her day off just to bring our order since the GM couldn't figure it out. I sincerely hope I do get a call from the GM becausethis service was horrendous. Read more
Had a doctors appointment in the same building as Potbelly, so decided to order lunch through Active Menus via Google. It was so... nice to just walk in and pick up the food. It all worked nicely. The food was exactly as ordered. Convenient and quick! Read more
I found a hair in my cookie tote. I am black and I found what is not even close to the texture or curl pattern of my own hair.... Sad thing is it was the last cookie & the best one. Don?t reply asking me to contact y?all. I had a suspicion this potbelly?swas not the cleanest, the ladies that work there are overworked, but rude. This just proved my suggestions. 11/17/21 Wed: Highly efficient layout... I was about 10th in line... had my order in about 7 minutes. I got the Mama's Meatball... - regular (they offer skinny and fat versions, too) with hot peppers (pickled jalapenos) and onions on whole grain bread. Chockfull of meatballs laid end-to-end this pudgy little sub filled me right on up. They have vegetarian entrees, too. Dining in waseasy and spacious, even though I was there at just the end of lunchtime. 30 minutes earlier at 12:00 straight up would have beencomfortably crowded. Staff was friendly and efficient. LOTS of Baylor Medical Center staff. Not expensive at all... my sub,chips, and Coke cane in at just over $11. Read more
I would've gave it 5 stars but the manager or whoever she is was kinda rude. I asked for the "Works" sandwich if I'm correct?... But I didn't want the Angus beef so I wanted to substitute it with bacon. She says...( VERY LOUDLY) what i could substitute forit. Everything BUT bacon. Just give me what I asked for. I'm paying for it not you. A good manager would've made her customerhappy. Other than that delicious sandwich. Read more
