I want to take this time to acknowledge Laura, who is the drive through cashier. Her location is Northwest Highway near Webb... Chapel. She is welcoming and wants to make sure that she can offer a suggestion to your meal. I got my senior citizen neighbor ameal several days ago. I had never patronized this store. Laura gave me helpful tips that would enhance my neighbor?s meal. Myneighbor was so pleased. I decided to return on today for myself. I was busy on today and didn?t eat. I wanted to get somethingto eat that was tasty. Laura, again made my evening. She is definitely managerial material if she isn?t already. Thanks for apositive and pleasant customer experience. Its popeyes, Need I say more. Picked up 3 (16 pieces) of Spicy chicken for a work center bbq in our hangar. Just got there in a... minute or two before closing. Employees accepted my order and fixed it up in 6 boxes. Remarkable service. Thank you all for yourhospitality. Read more
Spent over 30 min in drive through. They then gave me spicy which I can't have and did not order! I contacted their customer ... service and was promised a call back that never happened. Don't waste your time here. Read more
Got up to the menu at the drive thru to read a sign that said "cash only". Of course there is a line and no way to get back out... so I was trapped for 15 mins unable to get out or get something to eat. Took forever to serve the vehicle in front of me and theguy taking the order sounded so high he didn't even know what planet he was on. I understand tech issues, but someone with asober brain cell should have put a sign at the entrance before you are stuck in line........... Read more

My 1st job was Popeyes in1980. This is a brand store & my 2nd time here. I'll be avoiding a 3rd time. 1st visit - Chicken... overcooked on the outside with raw meat at the bone. This time - My chicken's crust is pretty much fried off & dry. TheRICE/BEANS are refried few bean soup with rice sprinkles. This is MILD CHICKEN that has been contaminated with spicy seasoning.Glad I detected it; person with allergies was over for dinner. Read more
