Please please please hire new staff, these employees do not care what they provide to customers that pay their hard earned... money. I found an Ant in my food didn?t even leave the parking lot, I was disgusted because I didn?t notice until after I hadbitten a piece of chicken the ant was just sitting on top of my biscuit. The manager in side wearing a gray shirt, didn?t wantto give his name. He had the audacity to say I put the ant on the food, I?ve been going to this Popeyes since it opened. I frequent this Popeyes on the regular. Today?s service was absolutely horrible! I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The first... chicken sandwich was old it tasted like old grease and chicken. I politely asked for my chicken to be cooked fresh?. They took apiece of chicken that had been sitting in a warmer and refried it and gave it to me. Again the chicken tasted Over cooked andgreasy but hot? I asked for a refund I was told by the manger who by the way had no name tag on?I could not have a refund but Icould have two pieces of chicken?. I notified the corporate offices. Why can?t I have a refund when the food is subpar? I hadto pick through the Mac and cheese because it was burnt! Shame on these people! I wish I could do no stars! . Read more
The manager is rude and has a major chip on her shoulder and needs the chip on that shoulder knocked down a couple of notches. ... Do not go to this location. They do not know how to run an efficient and clean fast food restaurant and they should really beforced to shut down. Read more
I ordered over app, went 2 get food via drive thru, order wasn't ready then the mgr that was handling cash went right over and... got my food with no gloves or anything. I addressed it to her & told her I recorded her she said oh well. I have been here twiceand NEVER again. Both times were absolutely horrible. My order was wrong, then had to reorder and still wrong. I hadn't been there in almost two years. That time they I had been... there were terrible attitudes and didn't know what they were doing. This time my order was wrong. I didn't feel like arguingafter I kept telling the manager what the problem was. I did get refunded change back, but the order was still wrong. The ?manager? on duty was extremely rude after getting my order wrong! I simply wanted my correct order or to return the food I... purchased. Once I realize I didn?t get a receipt they provided a duplicate receipt but that wasn?t good enough for a return.Alberto if that?s his name I say that because he didn?t want to tell me his name and REFUSED to give me the store manager nameand walked off. I asked another employee she stated she didn?t speak English so I asked a 3rd employee and she said the managername is ?Carlos? when I asked Alburto for a number he stated he didn?t have to give it to me.
