The 5 stars is for the young cashier with the colored braids, you are outstanding! You were genuine and patient with me. I came... up to you like several times and each time you were super kind. Most ppl would've gotten annoyed with me. YOU... NO YOU didn'tbreak, and your customer service did not go unnoticed. The food was bland... super blah lol 0 stars for the food. Stopped by at 8:30 and the lobby was already closed even though their sign said it was opened until 10 and people were at a... table in the dining room. Guess they didn't want my business cause they said they always closed the dining room early. Read more

Today is Thursday 6/2 i am a regular customer and i have always been satisfied with my orders except today. Burger?s were not... there usual size didn?t really mind until one of my kiddos and I took two bites into them meat was hard/stiff when went to thefront counter manager and assistant manager were really mean and rude told me they could only give me one burger because I tookback two half?s and that there items cost and I told her it cost mee to I just paid almost $50 for my order and she stated if Iliked if not to leave the store. Never seen such unprofessional assistant and worse the actual manager very disappointed I hopethey can get some training in customer service and learn that there is more professional ways to talk to customers I lovePopeyes but today was not good ???? sad to say Read more
I have had several issues at this location the latest incident being that I placed an order and was advised that the cost has... changed And manager would not honor POSTED price. Customer service at this location is very poor I had a prior incident where ittook 15 minutes to give me the correct change From a $20 bill.
