As I got in line, I noticed the cashier's being rude to every guest that ordered, one by one. They embarrassed every guest up... to me by not giving clear instructions on what to do. Very unclear when you need to wait at the counter for the food or sitdown. They just take your order and don't tell you anything, so as you walk away you get "where are you going" or "wait" thrownat you in very annoyed tones from the employees. They've got signs saying they're understaffed, but that's clearly not the case.They're shoulder to shoulder, everyone moving around without a hurry in the world. The chicken I got was not even hot heldcorrectly, definitely below 150, meaning it can become a potential hazard when consumed. Overall very disappointed with thislocation. Just smile more and don't embarrass guests. Isn't that the bear minimum we've all done while working in restaurants?? Read more

With only a short lunch break I ran to get some Popeyes at A15 before my flight. As I was in line I noticed one Spicy breast in... the basket. I knew for sure they wouldn?t give it out. ( but they did) I was disappointed to find with I got to my gate thechicken was cold dry and extremely small for $12.36. The Mac & cheese was cold. The only thing good was the red beans and rice Icalled to make the manager aware of this but no one answered the phone. I just wasted $12.00 because it all just went into thegarbage. Located by A16 gate, food is good as always, but as you can see at the pics, there are 3 drum sticks instead of 2 thighs and 2... drum sticks and they were fairly small. Hopefully Popeyes contact me and give me a voucher for 1 thigh! It did come with 2mashed potatoes so that was a plus. Read more

Service was good considering the volume of people. The line was way out the door. What do you reviewers expect from a fast food... joint in one of the busiest airports in the country?!
