THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST POPEYES EVER! The line is ridiculous and they will not open the inside LYING saying there?s only 2... people working when CLEARLY there?s 5 or 6!!! The window brods are VERY RUDE!!! One closed the window while I was still speakingthen started laughing! Who do I contact to do a pop up on them because this is not right!!! People that do food deliveries haveto wait 15-20 minutes just to grab and go!!! Unacceptable and I?m not the one to be rude to especially if I?m being polite!Contacting COC? If you're looking for a Cajun ambiance, or great customer service, don't come here! As soon as you walk in, all anyone can hear... is Tejano music coming out of the kitchen. Today's visit also came with the additional pleasant sounds of an employee at theregister disrespectfully arguing with a customer. (Employee was African- American, a little on the heavy side, maybe 5'6" -5'8"). There's also a TV here with a really bad and heavily-pixelated connection playing a Mexican TV show. I like Mexicanrestaurants, which is where this kind of ambiance belongs (without the bad TV connection). However, today, I came here for theCajun experience, and was thoroughly disappointed. I love Popeyes. This is the only one close to home. Is the third time that I go to the drive through and this is what I have... encountered: 1st. They didn't accept any payment other than cash. 2nd. They only could serve chicken fingers. 3rd. The orderingpost was not working, only had one window opened and I waited for 40 minutes before bailing. (There was just 3 cars in front ofme). Sat in the drive through for at least 20 minutes behind 2 other cars. After waiting and STILL NOT ORDERING, I drove around to... the window to see if anyone was working, and there was one lady leaning on the front counter staring into space. Nobody wastaking orders and the one employee inside clearly was not working. Close this location or hire people who actually work. Read more
This chicken taste nasty... It was very cold.. Even the mash potatoes. Service was very bad. My biscuits were cold too.. What... happened too all that good hot food and good service.. I will think about it twice if I go there... HELL No!!!! Read more
Not sure why I gave this place another shot. There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order at this location on Lemmon and... Mockingbird. From the get go, there is a worn out sign that says ?no receipts?. It looks like it has been there for days.Anyhow, I place a simple order, at least I thought it was, for a number 8 spicy, which is to have 5 spicy strips, red beans andrice, 3 jalapeños and 2 cinnamon pies. I also ordered the Mardi Gras mustard. I got my order and only 1 pie instead of 2 andbbq sauce. The lady looked at me as if I took a pie out and I turned the mustard into bbq sauce. The lady that filled the ordersaid she put 2 pies in, but there was only one. They gave me another pie and switched out the bbq for the Mardi Gras mustard. Iget home and there are 4 strips and a nub and the red beans and rice is nothing but rice. I have no receipt and when I called,there is no answer. Stay away from this location. I spent almost $15 for this meal and I am not satisfied. I am posting a pieceof chicken strip that they counted as part of the 5 and my order of red beans and rice which is all rice. Just got home after picking up some food at this location. Worst customer service ever. Not only did they not give me some... items, the strips were rubbery and hard! We try to help businesses keep going and these prices are way too high for my order tobe wrong and run the risk of food poisoning. Not the first time ive had an issue at this local popeyes. So dissatisfied anddisappointed. Will not return to eat here again! Read more
