This is the second time I was at this particular location. The first time was awesome the order was correct, food was both hot... and delicious, the chicken wings were slightly bigger than usual and it was great. This visit was the same with the exceptionof the wings being smaller. Please don't let the quality of service and food go down and I will continue to come there. Read more
Service was super friendly and fast, everything cooked right... BUT... Just like every other popeye's they can never get your... order correct... Asked for NO breast on my meal and ended up getting 2 breast.. smh Read more
When I arrived the line was really long so I parked and said I'm going to go inside I didn't see anybody inside. When I got to... the door it was locked so the dining is still locked and I don't believe it's opened in a long time. Then I went to get back inline and the line was three times as long. Very frustrated took a long time out of my lunch. McDonald's was the same thing and Ireally didn't want to get Burger King across the street. And then it was raining and when I was giving my order through at thedrive-thru they added an extra meal to my order. I had to repeat my entire order again got soaking wet inside my car and finallythey got it right. Plus the prices of everything has gone up. Read more

Something is wrong with this place. It's been 4 times that I've gone here and there's always an issue, if it's not raw chicken,... they don't have enough or our of sides, wait time is ridiculously long. I love Popeyes but just not this one location, it's themore trashy one that I've been in Dallas. Management needs to do something. Read more
Poor service we ordered our food and they got the order wrong and made us wait a whole a hour out front to bring us the right... food. They took care of the whole line which was wrapped around the building and made us wait the whole time. Poor customerservice worst Popeyes experience ever and I love Popeyes Read more
After spending $48 I get my food and notice there are 3 combo boxes but they forgot my chicken sandwich, then I proceed to my... job to have to come back because they gave me the wrong items in 2 out of 3 of the combo boxes. They ask me to pull forward andpark, they bring it out to the car all for them to still have 1 of the combo boxes not corrected. Lastly I get home and theynever gave me the jalapeno peppers I asked for. Horrible service. Read more
