When thru drive thru on 11/20 . When I finally reached speaker to order I ask if they still had family meals with chicken... tenders was told they did. I placed complete order and kid at window kept asking me to repeat. Finally completed order got towindow to pay he had changed order to chicken. When I told him I had asked for tenders was told he didn't understand. Hisexact words were you not speak good and I not speak good. If you are working working window that is no excuse. He told me hewould not change order. I left and had to go to another location. He was very young and had a bad attitude. Will not go backthere. If there was rate lower than 1 they would get that. Terrible service and attitude. I showed up at 10:20am to order food at the drive-thru. No one answered. I went around make sure... the store was indeed open. On their door their hours posted stated they open at 10:00am. I also saw two people in the kitchen. Iwent around the drive-thru again only to be told the they simply weren't open. When I asked what time they will be opened, theysaid, " I don't know, maybe 20,25, 40 minutes. Not really sure." How can any business run like this? Why post you open at10:00am when you don't have the staff willing to open at 10:00am? It's this terrible service that makes people prefer Chick FillA over Popeyes. Read more
I'll never go to Churches chicken again. Popeyes gives you a whole breast and it's very moist. The beans and rice are fabulous.... And popeyes doesnt have the disgusting yellow fat globs like churches. Very happy with the popeyes at northwest highway andwebbs chapel. Efficient service also. Read more
Why is it so hard to get decent services today??? Seriously do people that work in fast food business understand that the... whole reason they are there is to provide a service. So why is it that my wife can't place an order without getting attitude from the teenager that working the drive thru. Who care how big the order is that your job. The afternoon stuffneed to be retraing....or TRAIN BETTER. Trying of people feeling they too good to do the job they were hired for. Read more
